Shipping & Returns
All orders are sent with DAO, where the delivery time is 2-4 working days. If a product is in stock, it is dispatched between 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Pre-ordered products will normally have a delivery time of 1-2 weeks. International delivery times vary from 2-14 business days, depending on your location.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details.
In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during shipping, please send a photo of the package and product directly upon arrival and then email to arrange a refund or exchange.
We cannot guarantee delivery times and cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
For items in stock, we offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the despatch date. This applies from the day you receive the package.
Pre-ordered items are non-refundable as they are made to your needs, so make sure you choose the right product. Feel free to get in touch by email or send a message on Instagram if you need advice on size or anything else.
You are obliged to return the item in the same condition as it was received. The goods must therefore not be used or otherwise and you must return the goods in the same package in which you received them.
